In short, a mana rupture. The numbers are 0.035/0.04/0.045/0.050% of total
manapool drained per unit moved. So, if the target moves 700 units, at level
1 it loses 24.5% of total mana pool.. at level 4 it loses 35% of its total
mana pool. Duration of the buff is 5/6/7/8 
 
If the target runs out of mana, the effect stops and the target is stunned
for 1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.

Chakra:
======
Increased cast range(500->900), lowered cooldown a bit(19->19/18/17/16

Morphs into a new unit, same stats/items as kotl. Gives him extra abilities.

Recall:

discharge it by clicking on a temporary replacement icon that appears in

The movement bonus is now given in an area around the tracked unit to all
allied units. The bonus bounty is given to bounty hunter as long as the
target dies while under the buff, the killer is not a factor. See tooltip

Captains Mode:

Blue and Pink are the team captains.  A random side starts the process(you
can customize this, see below) 
 
Ban Time: 40
Pick Time: 60
Extra Time: 45 
 
You start by alternating 1/1/1 in the ban phase. Each captain removes up to
4 heroes. Running out of time does not result in a random hero ban. 
 
After that you enter the 1/2/2/ pick phase. Each captain picks the heroes
his team will use. 
 
If at any time you run out of time, you start to use up your extra time. If
you run out and you are in pick phase, you get a random hero. 
 
Creeps spawn 90 seconds after the pick draft phase is over. Right after the
hero pick phase ends, the 5 heroes for your team are presented with a
checkmark on them (RD style) allowing players on your team to pick which one
they want to be. 
 
The captain that starts this process is random. If you want to give the
starting to Sentinel, type -cm 1 or -cm 2 for Scourge after the game mode is
entered. 
 
The picks, bans, timers, etc are all presented in a board for easy viewing
by team mates and observers.

S'il n'y avait qu'un truc, ce serait que les pushs sont beaucoup plus déterminants :

1/ Les bases sont plus faciles à attaquer par les changements de terrains. Le buff de BoT joue ici aussi.
2/ Elles sont — globalement — moins faciles à défendre, avec l'introduction de la glyphe toutes les 6 minutes au lieu des scroll de tp ; le fait qu'on puisse se placer et se téléporter à plusieurs en même temps avec les TP force de beaux teamfights, mais on ne peux empêcher un focus tower/rax que toutes les 6 minutes
3/ On gagne BEAUCOUP, BEAUCOUP PLUS DE GOLD sur les towers & rax.
4/ La position centrale des anciens et l'éloignement de la fontaine font que les anciens peuvent tomber très, très vite une fois une lane tombée. Le temps d'aller se heal à la fontaine les ennemis l'ont déjà défoncé. Et pas de tp imba pour le sauver. Si on ajoute à ça le BoT buffé, on a vite fait d'aller se tuer l'ancien pendant que les ennemis y sont pas…

En 2e position je dirait l'incitation à gank, avec la gold pour les assists, la difficulté à warder, le nerf des sentrys contre les héros invis (on peut plus poser une sentry au mid pour voir le NA venir). En effet la poudre est bien quand on veut gank un héros invis, et les sentries étaient bien aussi pour se protéger des ganks venant de héros invis. Donc au final : plus facile de gank en étant un héros invis, et plus facile de gank un héros qui peut se rendre invis.

En 3e position de changement à retenir : la dagger à 15sec de cd. Très lolesque sur les héros qui la faisaient déjà, en particulier le shaker (fissure et blink ont tous les deux 15 secondes de cd), tiny pareil. Mais surtout on peut la refaire sur zeus, lina etc. On retrouve le plaisir du blink, augmenté par le cd réduit (pratique pour traverser la map aussi), et rendu plus intelligent par le blocage de 3 secondes après un dégât fait par un héros. On peut plus blink out à chaque teamfight, mais il y a de la marge pour se faire plaisir en feinte, reprise de volée, blink en avant pour attraper un mec etc.

Moué enfin plus faciles à attaquer pas sur, car plus de place pour l'ennemi aussi. Plus facile de rentrer mais plus facile de se faire retourner.
Et puis moins faciles à défendre si tu entends par là que maintenant on peut plus bloquer la totalité des creeps à l'entrée d'une base avec pitlord ok, mais pour le reste ça reste à peu près la même chose. Le vrai problème pour l'instant c'est le mass creeps avec summons, à part es tu peux plus rien y faire >...>

Ca pousse à jouer offensif aussi… Si tu te prends un full team alors que tu as l'aegis, ça changera rien, tu mourras 2 fois (comme un leoric). En attaque, ça fait la différence de pas être renvoyé à la base : sans BoT, ton carry mettait 30 secondes à traverser la map ac ses treads pour venir finir le fight/taper les raxs après avoir été tué ac aegis. Maintenant si tu pounes avec aegis dans la base ennemie, c'est la victoire…
