no, the final decisions comes not to artatak
if there is only one guy in this clan, that says, i dont want him! i rly dont want him here! the post is closed, because i dont want to angry anybody in this clan just because of a friend of mine. i havent written this for artatak, it was for all the clan, otherwise i could have asked him myself, but hes just leader

Clan CyA is a community, and a gaming squad for DotA.
I don't think Heart will find a big place in the community, but he is welcome, as he's always been, in our DotAs. Under the terms that he would be queued after any other community member for any train game, I don't mind his playing with us.
