i have a problem, i entered smth at
Date format:
The syntax used is identical to the PHP date() function.

and i think im too stupid to make it right, now behind every post theres 11:44 casue i entered the actuail time when i did it
well, i dont know exactly what i have to write there, so pls someone explain it to, what i ahve to enter there
